A USD $2,500 refundable deposit is required to commit to a pre order consultation and manufacturing slot allocation.

The consultation will normally occur within one week of the deposit being received into our account. This deposit secures your place in the pre order process and allows us to allocate your manufacturing slot.

A 30% payment is required to commence your order following your pre order consultation.

Once this payment is received, your order can move forward and your EXALT XP Studio configuration can be confirmed.

Your deposit is:

● 30% of the total product price

● Non-refundable

● Required to confirm your build reservation

Once paid, your order is locked into our presale pricing and build calendar. This is your spot in the production queue — we do not overbook production.

A further 30% payment is required to commence manufacturing, when your allocated manufacturing slot is ready to commence.

Once this payment is received as cleared funds, manufacturing can begin.

Delivery will normally be scheduled approximately 3 to 4 months after the start of manufacturing.

When your build slot is approaching, you will receive a notification to:

● Confirm your configuration

● Finalize installation details (site prep, power, ventilation, compressor/generator room)

● Pay your 30% production invoice Once this payment is received as cleared funds:

● Production officially begins

● Materials are allocated

● Your unit enters the manufacturing pipeline

The remaining balance is due prior to dispatch from the factory.

Once the final balance has been received, your completed EXALT XP Studio can proceed to the dispatch and shipping stage. Once your studio is built:

● You’ll receive videos/photos of your finished unit

● A final checklist will be completed

● Your 50% pre-shipment invoice will be issued This must be paid before we release the studio for:

● International shipping

● Domestic shipping

● Customs clearance

● Delivery routing

This ensures safe, insured transit from our factory to your installation site.

Your local delivery and installation occur once your studio reaches the U.S. Costs vary based on:

● Your location

● Installation room

● Access (doorways, hallways, stairs)

●Ventilation/electrical requirements

● Generator/compressor room location

● Additional labor/equipment

You will be given a transparent quote as soon as your site information is provided.

Your estimated delivery window is: 3-4 months from the production payment date. This range depends on:

● Production queue timing

● Global supply chain conditions

● Freight scheduling

●Port clearance

● Installation logistics
