A USD $2,500 refundable deposit is required to commit to a pre order consultation and manufacturing slot allocation. The consultation will normally occur within one week of the deposit being received into our account. This deposit secures your place in the pre order process and allows us to allocate your manufacturing slot.

Is the deposit non-refundable?
A USD $2,500 deposit is required to commit to a pre order consultation and manufacturing slot allocation. This is refundable.
Other deposites are not as each studio is custom-built and requires allocation of components, manufacturing time, and freight bookings.
Your deposit secures all of these processes.
Is product price include shipping & installation?
Price of product does not include the shipping and installation cost as they vary based on different situations.
If Installation is done in Metro areas, shipping and installation cost may range between 15,000 USD to 20,000 USD. If installation is done in suburban or remote areas, then it will be priced according to the location.
Single and double phase power installation charges are incurred according to the requirement.
When do I pay for shipping & installation?
Once your studio reaches the U.S., Rocket Shipping will contact you directly to quote and schedule delivery & installation.
Can I finance the payments?
Financing options will be announced soon.
Can my delivery window change?
Yes — global logistics vary.
Your estimated window is 3-4 months from production payment.
Do I need a compressor and nitrogen generator room?
Yes — the GA5–7 compressor and NGM1–3 generator must be installed in a ventilated utility/mechanical room, garage, basement, or protected outdoor enclosure.
Can I use single-phase power?
Yes — with a digital rotary phase converter installed by a licensed electrician.
